La ISAF ha rilasciato il nuovo regolamento, con le modifiche per le regate a vela RC- RSS - con validità 2013/2016 .-
Pare che le modifiche siano già state pubblicate, chi è in possesso del nuovo testo :?:
attendiamo news esplicative :idea:
Il Pier nazionale mi ha spiegato che si informerà all 'Europeo :cyclops:

altresi faccio notare che il problema sono i termini specifici della vela , diciamo la terminologia puramente tecnica ! ma mi arrangio con la fantasia e le supposizioni ! le supposte .... insomma !!
